In place of testing the capacity of your immune system support your immunity to fight. In short to keep monster like 'Cancer' at bay just follow simple yet effective things listed below:
1] Keep your body hydrated. Drink four lit. of water daily
2] Eat only fresh, healthy & balanced food. Avoid junk & processed food
3] Get plenty of sleep without disturbance. Minimum 8 hours of sleep is must for adults
4] Regular exercise is must. Exercising preserve physical & mental health
5] Moderate amount of Sunlight helps in boosting immunity
6] Maintain basic hygiene. One should always take care of cleanliness of your body & the surrounding.
7] Be positive. Take care of mental & emotional health. Practice meditation.
8] Maintain safe distance from all kind of pollution.
9] Avoid use of plastics especially for food.
10] Follow healthy lifestyle. Always sleep & wake up in human hours, eat at right time. Always remember a
"Sound mind is in a sound body"
